Cotton/Blended Knits
Production facility for 200 tonnes/month of knitted fabric in desired patterns. We work with 75 circular knitting machines that have diverse production capabilities.
We keep up with the latest in international technology and fabric trends in knitting industry . We have a versatile capability to make diverse fabrics. Computerized monitoring and state-of-the-art knitting process ensures uniform quality.
We have CAD/CAM to generate desired design and knit-constructions for fabrics. We work with Cotton, Woolen, Viscose, Polyester, Blends, Lycra or Lurex in knits like Single-jersey, Double-jersey, Terry / Transfer / Interlock / Sinker Jacquard, Pique, Fleece, Polar, Antipiling, Ribs, Eyelet ribs, Auto Stripes, Sherpa, Terry, Velour, Interlock, Crochet, Net etc.

Soft Flow Dyeing machine with multiple capacities ranging from 50 Kg to 450 Kg imported from Korea and Taiwan for cotton, polyester and blended fabrics.

We have many fabric processing technologies in-house. (i.e. Shearing, Brushing, Heat setting (Stenter) or Tumbling)
Garment Manufacturing
Capacity to produce 5000 garments per day on Juki & Pegasus sewing machines of Japan. We have the ability to manufacture both knit and woven garments.Strict supervision at different stages of production ensures best quality of the end product.
